Has anyone used this adapter in Spain? null

I have tried to use it in Spain, but all the plugs were too close to the floor or designed in to the wall which didn't allow me to use it. If you're just looking to charge your phone/extra battery, you can use just a regular adapter (the one I used was tiny) which worked in every hotel. I have an iPhone and my friend's adapter saved my trip. Also the converters don't work for everything even if you find a place to plug it in.
