• most vehicles have room for the regular depth of most head units... since the ilx650 is a shallow chassis unit, this amp is designed to mount right to the back of the receiver and take up such a small footprint.... so im sure you will be fine

• Actually it does and it's been sitting behind my iLX- W650 for the last few weeks in my 2011 Sonata and it sounds GREAT.
