A:AnswerConnect the phone to UBS for Carplay. There is a delay on engine starting, and sync to phone. After that no delay that I have noticed. I use Carplay for maps a lot. Bluetooth is for phone calls only as I understand it.
A:AnswerIt is. But you will have to buy a adapter. There a few companies that make them. They are all plug and play. I would recommend the idatalink Maesto. A quick google search and you should be able to find on for your year and make of truck. The nav works with your phone so you will loose factory nav. And depending on if the Sirius antenna is built in to you factory head unit or is external you might have to buy a new antenna for satellite radio. The head unit is nice and easy to navigate.
