This will work with your setup just be sure that your order the right double din for your BMW, antenna adapter, also if you are doing your own installation be sure to do research for the m3 factory amp power wire so you can hook the blue amp wire up to the right wire on the plug n play harness. That is the only way the speakers will work on your BMW.... I just install one of these on a 2005 BMW x5
