“Can you wear this band in the shower or getting sweaty working out or running? I realize you would have to wash it but with the silicon band you can leave it on and just wash your wrist and band together.”

I wouldn’t, it’s not water resistant, therefore would get soaked and would take several hours to dry out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can wear it exercising but it will hold moisture. It looks like it would be easy to clean with soft soap and water. The titanium lugs and buckle won’t rust. Great band.
