“With the RCA's does this mean I don't have to run speaker wires to the amp? Do i just plug the RCA's to the amp then to the back of the stereo? Or do I need to do both? Thanks”

The rca's provide the input voltage needed for the amp to produce sound. The amp must be connected/wired to speakers as well. How can speakers produce sound without being connected to the amp? They cant.
