• A:Answer A crossover is required for all tweeters. These use a "bass blocker" in-line with the tweeter. The bass blocker is a capacitor that eliminates frequencies below a certain point. (I cant tell what that frequency is.)

• A:Answer Im really not sure. But I can tell you they sound awsome. Made a big difference. I have 4 6×9's and a bass speaker. It all sounds amazing. They handle it the job. I deffintly recomend them.
