• Says it is on the box and seems to be as I work in an environment where this gets splashed with water and have dropped this in the sink on accident. It has a flap on bottom where charger connects, I'm sure if this is open water will seep in. Better safe than sorry.

• It is water resistant.... I have mine hanging in the shower. Water from the shower had not affected it at all.
