I had 3 out of 4 speakers fail right out of the box and I am still waiting since Christmas for customer support action that I know in my heart is never going to come. Wish I had read your review before I purchased. Thanks for keeping it real. Best Buy did go above and beyond to help me with partial recovery so I have to give them due props. The problem is with Altec Lansing and their deceptive promises of customer service.
