“Is this speaker waterproof”

• I use it while kayaking and I have gotten dunked into the water and the speaker went 6ft under and came back up and stay in water for 10 mins and works good still .

• I am a diesel technician, I have to work outside sometimes and the speaker gets wet! Never fails me! Works great in bad weather!!

• Waterproof? No. Water resistant? Yes. It has an IP67 rating meaning it can be 1 meter deep fresh water for up to 30 min with no seepage in to the device. https://www.trustedreviews.com/opinion/what-is-ip68-ip-ratings-explained-2947135 Explains the ratings.
