“I have a lansing IWM480. every time I hook it up to my laptop, within 10 minutes, there is a loud buzz noise and no sound. It is Bluetooth with speakers and mic., I have a plug in mic to improve voice quality. How do I fix the problem?”

Hi there - You cannot plug a microphone into the IMW480. You can however, connect via Bluetooth ro our laptop if your laptop supports Bluetooth connection.
