Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there — if the NanoBuds 2.0 have already been charged and still flashing a red light, you can perform a soft reset. To do this, simply drop the earbuds back in the case and hold the touch button. The LED will go off and you can let go after 2 seconds. The earbud will reset without losing any pairing information.
