I purchased a brand new super life jacket such as yours and after a couple uses it did the same thing. It’s a 2019 model but I can’t get assistance from Best Buy or Altec Lansing. AL says they no longer keep parts for it and couldn’t tell me any reason it would quit like that. So my search is still on. Such a waste of $175.
