I bought a altec Lansing super life jacket jolt IMW889 on the second hand market and looks like new but has no sound....it turns on and pairs but no sound.......need help null

I purchased a brand new super life jacket such as yours and after a couple uses it did the same thing. It’s a 2019 model but I can’t get assistance from Best Buy or Altec Lansing. AL says they no longer keep parts for it and couldn’t tell me any reason it would quit like that. So my search is still on. Such a waste of $175.

The Audio IC chip fails when there is no sound.
