“Why is my plus sign flashing and it says connected but no sound”

• Altec Lansing....if you could post the result of this issue I'd appreciate it. Just bought the Super Lifejacket yesterday and the Volume + sign is flashing. There are no manuals or troubleshooting guides on your website.
