I think the return policy says 14 days . You should at least be able to exchange them
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy typically gives you 2 weeks to make returns on electronic equipment just make sure you have your receipt. If you have a BB card and are an elite member you have longer. However I have these, so if for any reason you can't make it in that timeframe, just email altec support, explain the issue, and have proof of purchase. Someone gets back to you usually with 24hrs. They'll email a postage label to send the broken product, and they'll either fix it or send you a new one.9 times out of 10 they'll just ship you a brand new pair. Hope that helps
