• I don't see why not. I actually use the charging pad to charge my phone sometimes, with no issue.

• It's a basic Qi charging pad, so if both of those devices have wireless charging capabilities, you'll be able to charge them with this just fine. I sometimes charge my Samsung phone wirelessly using this pad.

• From what I see, only the cord can be used on both the charging pad (case) and the mini life jacket. If I understand your question?
