“It sounds as though you can only transfer from a MAC...is this correct? I have an HP PC and want to use the USB port to load my pictures onto the frame.”

No, I transferred from a regular Microsoft computer using the supplied USB port. Very easy to use!

You can load pictures from an HP. It took us a while to figure it out. Keep working with it. It can be done.
