Yes, the timing is adjustable from 3s, 5s, 15s, 30s, 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m & 1h. The files can be viewed in a specific order by filename like 001, 002, 003 etc. The frame has 4GB of internal memory, the number of photos that can be stored depends on the actual size of the photos. However, you can roughly expect the frame to hold 1,000 photos. You can also increase the capacity by using SD memory cards.
