Surprisingly decent display for the price! This is a gift for my mother (not techy at all) . Controls seem easy enough with remote. Loaded with pictures for her. Love the built in memory as well. Only downside is some transfers don't "take" as they should. Images display, but with weird color grids. Other than that I am satisfied with product, as I'm sure my mother will be a well

It seems to be a little harder to transfer photos from your phone to the unit then told I wish it was able to except the IPhone cord and transfer it that easy music options the same pic looks great seems to have everything else that you want along with a decent price point for the options just trying to get them to work

Easy to set up, holds many pictures, I mean many. Has various settings on how you want to see the pictures presented and speed from one to the next. Resolution is excellent. You can also set it up when you want it to come on and go off. In short, it is easy to use, remote control works very well.

With 4 gig of memory you can get a lot of pictures on this frame. Downloading is easy just drag and drop. Has a remote and timer too. Only complaint is vertical pictures do not cover the whole screen but I guess that would require changing aspect and ratio. Good price for a frame with many options. I would buy again

I recently moved into an office in my workplace and wanted to be able to look at photos from home. I purchased this digital photo frame with that in mind. It has no bells or whistles really but it works fine. Some of the photos didn't transfer well so on occasion I see a "decode error" message. I have no idea if that has anything to do with the frame. It comes with a remote but I've yet to get it to work - I suspect the battery is no good. It's okay for the price and it's a nice size.

Almost didn’t buy this digital frame because some of the reviews said it was so hard to download pictures and videos. It was so easy ...if I can do it anyone can. I first downloaded pictures and videos from my IPhone 12 pro max onto my MacBook which I just bought and was still learning to use. Then downloaded everything to the digital frame. I did I have to buy an adapter to make it work, no big deal. The pictures are clear and have great color. The videos are the same with sound. The only thing I didn’t realize is it takes SD cards. My last couple of cameras had XD cards and won’t fit. I’ll figure out something with that. I got the frame on sale had $20.00 Best Buy $ from buying the MacBook from Best Buy and putting it on the Best Buy Charge card with 18 months no interest so it was a great deal. Very happy with the digital frame.

Purchased for my father-in-law for Christmas, to show the pictures from my mother-in-law's laptop of family and friends. She passed away several years ago, and he is not computer literate. He said he wished he could see those pictures, and this fit the bill. Easy to add pictures to. Only took about 20 minutes to transfer pictures to the frame from my laptop. Auto plays after powering up. Nice picture. He is very happy.

I ordered this as a gift. It arrived quickly. It has a lot of preloaded space, as well as the ability to plug in different storage devices to have additional storage! The picture quality is amazing! It was so easy to set up and get the pictures loaded before gifting it. In addition to pictures, the frame has the ability to play music and videos! And the person I got it for absolutely loves it!! Worth the purchase!

Unfortunately we had an unexpected death in our family and our family members wanted a frame to place pictures on for the service. I looked around and this seemed to be the best frame that was in stock and available for store pickup. The frame cycles through pictures as expected and is pretty easy to setup using on board memory--by the way, some images show 8gb, those images are wrong, this frame has 4gb--, SD card or USB stick. The screen could be better when it comes to viewing angles but it is a $60 picture frame not a $300 IPS LCD monitor so I can forgive it a little for that.

I was having trouble with this item as the instructions were very unclear about some of the settings. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem I was having and they were not helpful at all. I left a negative review about this item and Best Buy replied they could resolve the issue with a replacement item or repair. The problem was the setting for the slideshow to loop and setting this to off seem to let it play continuously, setting it on on only allowed it to play once and stop, this seem to be the opposite of what it should do. Tech assistance blamed it on my photo format, etc. I was not satisfied with these results as we have used many photo frames without any problems so I returned it to Best Buy today for an exchange. To my surprise, the new unit's menu's have changed ( as in the software of the unit) to reflect new information and settings . Some of the menu information has been updated and the replacement unit seems to be working correctly now. It seems that the manufacturer may have knew about this or may have corrected this in the newer units. Best Buy representative was very good with my exchange and now very happy with this photo frame.

I bought this for my husband for his office and he absolutely loves it! I like that it is very easy to set up and I loaded around 1200 pictures into the frame's memory without even using up all the memory. It's a perfect size, not taking up too much space, and the quality of the pictures is very good. We're thinking about getting one for my mom-in-law for her birthday since she's a serious photo lover. Great way to display all those photos!

Nice compact somewhat easy should have come with memory card

THe Sony BluRay and DVD player was very easy to setup and I was able to immediately watch a DVD with just attaching the HDMI cord and connecting the power.

Great item! Beautiful pictures. The only thing I don't like is some of my pictures are rotating and when I call the company for help they told me to go on their website and they have 2 links to fix it so I tried both but they are 3rd party websites and neither one of them I can figure out. One of them made me dl about 4 different programs on my computer which I did not like and the other one I dl just what I needed but I have no idea how to use and I am great at computers!! So none the less, for now I left the pictures rotated which is annoying. Other than that the frame is easy to use and I love the desk calendar on it

after loadining all the pictures ans setting it to waht i wanted it works great and has alot of rom for photos. i plan on getting another ione

Very nice, clear pictures. One time it froze on a picture, but for I just unplugged/replugged and it was fine after that. You can use a SD Card with it, so there's no limit to the amount of pictures you can keep on it. My only complaint is the pictures can sometimes be a little dark and harder to see from a distance. Overall, it's a great frame and I'd recommend it.

This photo frame is a good product for someone operating within a budget. The resolution isn't top-notch, nor are a few elements of its UI very user-friendly. All that said, it's decently priced, and works well on the whole.

The picture frame is very easy to use. Accepts a SD card and has it's own internal memory. Nice quality.
