Why doesn’t the cable plug into my iPad? null

The provided cable is used to connect to a computer to transfer pictures to the internal memory of the frame. The pictures can not be transferred directly from your iPad to the frame. You will need to transfer pictures to a computer first.

Cause it’s not designed to work that way. You have to copy your photos to a USB memory stick( thumb drive), an SD CARD, or some other memory storage device that connects via a mini USB plug. The picture frame doesn’t have any storage capability, so there is no way to plug a device into it and download photos to it. The memory device you plug in, stays in.
