Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No mater what you try to do there's a very slim chance you can get it to work. I called customer service and found out when its says push token empty; try factory reset. if that doesn't work it needs to be returned and replaced. i returned mine at Best Buy today and they replaced it and the new one and it works fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you call it will take forever until someone answers. When they do they will tell you that you got a bad frame and to send them an e-mail with the device information and your receipt. After that they will send you a new one in 7-10 business days. I actually went to my local store & bought another frame and it has the same issue. I am not holding out much hope for a solution.
