This is unlikely. Even though the SD card might hold that many photos, the frame slideshow will timeout at some point and then return back to Photo 1. We do not recommend massive slideshows like that. We recommend creating creating different playlists on 5 or 6 SD or USB memory cards (32GB or smaller) and then being able to change up your list from time to time. The frame's chip and OS are not made to be like a $500+ iPad or a full computer OS.
