• I haven’t found a way to do this remotely. You can easily add photos remotely and delete them at the frame, and you can display sequentially or randomly.

• There is an app that you download that allows you to sort through, adjust, file your photos. I have not specifically tried separate folders but I am pretty sure the answer is yes to everything.
