“The zoom button doesn't do anything. I've tried pressing it with various amounts of pressure, holding it, etc. I'd like to zoom in because this thing shows my whole (messy!) office and I want just basically a headshot. What gives?”

• The zoom setting is in the software. Adjust it in the settings.

• The application that you are using with the camera must have a zoom function in order for the button to work.
