“Why is it when I put my pictures that are vertical on my SD card, I put them into the photo frame they're all horizontal? Is there a way to fix this?”

• Go into ystem menu and change the orientation.

• When you plug your SD card into your computer or laptop, all your vertical pictures are actually sideways. You have to manually rotate every one so that it is right side up. When you put the card into the frame. Under settings, set the frame to crop instead of full screen or fit to screen.
