“I bought three for my home. My husband and I have IPhone 7 Plus while my daughter has a iPhone 7. NONE are charging using the wireless feature. One comment I read said I may need to buy some wireless item? Can’t figure out why none are charging. USB seems”

I also have a 7. The reason why it isn’t charging is because only iPhone 8 and newer have the ability to have wireless charging done. The 7 or older wasn’t made with that feature .

This could be from a phone case being to thick or the power adapter is not outputting the right volts to charge the phone
