Yes, IF your modulator has a 3.5 m.m. jack (same type into which you'd plug in headphones), which is the type that I have. Then you can plug one end of a double-ended 3.5 m.m. cable into your modulator and the other end into your telephone.

It receives input via Bluetooth and then broadcasts on an FM frequency that you tune both your car stereo and this device to.
