“Will this devise work with an old Sony stereo receiver to pair wireless speakers in another room? If so do I connect by using the RCA to audio or aux out of Sony receiver to Aux of Aluratek? When turn off and on will in need to re pair?”

Yes, you can connect this to an audio out port of your stereo receiver and transmit to a bluetooth speaker. Once a device is paired you will not have to pair it again.
