• My first ALURATEK BLUETOOTH UNIVERSAL AUDIO TRAN would not pair with anything! I took it back and exchanged it - the next one pairs automatically with everything!

• The manual says to leave the earbuds in the case to pair but my earbuds pair only when taken out of the case. So i did that instead and it worked. Also try to clear "forget" your earbuds from all other devices (like your phone) before you try. Hope this helps!
