• Yes, it can connect with two Bluetooth devices at the same time. This can be any combination of two speakers, two headphones or even a pair of headphones and a speaker.

• Yes, it can send out two signals. As per the instruction manual: The unit could connect with two stereo Bluetooth speakers or Bluetooth headsets to play music simultaneously.
