There's a light indicator that turns on & off during charge. don't worry it comes with manual.

The red light goes on when your charging and goes off when it’s fully charged.

When plugged into a power source using the USB cord provide with the device . a red light comes on / when the red light is out and is not on . it is fully charged. Hope this answers your question.
