I'm not a techie, but I believe it should work. You have to make sure that the car can support "A2DP" profile. You would plug the jack into your Headset hole on the cd player, turn your CRV sync mode on to finding other devices, then turn hold the power button on the jack for 8-10 seconds and it should see it available on your car's device screen.
