• Yes you sure can. Use this device with any music player (laptop, MP3 player, iPod) that has a headphone jack. Transmits the signal through Bluetooth and should be picked up by whatever wireless headphones you are using.

• I have used this on my home laptop with a blue tooth enabled over the ear head set without a problem. I don't know if your employer has any installed restrictions on your work laptop that disable personal devices from being attached, but, if not, you should be able to do this.
