“Yeah hi I have a question about this device and I've tried a lot and still haven't fixed it I don't understand why its blue and red when I didn't even connect it to anything please help its been a frustration I'm sure its a good device just like to know.”

• I just connected it to my tv and it sync with my headphone no problem. yes it was blinking blue and red til it synced

• The device needs to be fully charged before use. It might have a small charge on it from the factory.
