It should. You would run the ABC01F in TX mode for transmitting. The mic would connect directly into the 3.5mm audio in, then the ABC01F would be paired with your speaker. The only issue you could run into would be latency which you will not be able to control. Most people who lecture would do better with some type of audio mixer that supports latency and where you have better control of compression, limiting, and volume. The ABC01F cannot control volume in TX mode. It simply sends audio from point A to B.
