• Yes, please set the transmitter to TX mode and pair to your Rocketfish receiver.

• My guess is it will. The unit I received was defective, I only got sound out of 1 channel. The bluetooth connection worked without a problem. I returned the unit to BB for credit and purchased a FiiO BTR1 Bluetooth Headphone Amp. instead. It works great.
