Can this be used/paired with hearing aids null

Yes, the main thing is to have the Aluratek device in TX mode for transmitting and also make sure your hearing aids are A2DP profile compatible. Some are not and need to be used with a proprietary system. You can check with the manufacturer of the hearing aids for this info.

If the hearing aids are bluetooth and this device is connected to the headphone jack it should work
