“Camera works great. Quality of image is outstanding, however microphone is not working, does not pick up sound. I have gone into computer settings (Windows) and done everything I could possibly think.....still no sound when playing back video recordings.”

Your recording software should have the option of what video and audio source to use. Make sure it is using the camera mic as the audio source. If that doesnt work give us a call at 866-580-1978 opt 2.
