Does this cam work with a hp 6g pavilion notebook pc null

I see no reason why it wouldn't, but I've only used it under Windows 10 so far. It did not require an additional driver. I've used it on both a desktop PC and a laptop. If you have a USB 2.0 connection available, it should be fine.

As long as you have an available USB port this should work for you.
