- Answer If you have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto built in to work with usb, and have a usb port, it should work. If you already have wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto built into the vehicle, then that should be used and this would be unnecessary.

- Answer As long as the Apple CarPlay app is built into the car -- even when you Apple iPhone is not connected via USB cable -- then yes it will work. You connect to the device via Bluetooth.

- Answer As long as your vehicle has either Apple CarPlay or the Android Auto apps built into the car's stereo then you can use these adapters. Which one to get depends on the type of phone you use. If you are on iPhone then get the CarPlay. If you are on Android then get the Android Auto adapter.

- Answer It won’t unfortunately. Your car has to already have CarPlay and do a wired connection.

QuestionThis works really well with my 2021 prius and an older iPhone 6s Plus I was concerned does the unit (wireless and Bluetooth) shut off after car power is off or do u need to unplug from cars usb car play port since it’s tied to cars 12V battery,

- Answer the unit should shut off. I know mine does. I do sometimes unplug mine from the USB port but it should not be necessary.

- Answer The car needs to support wired Apple CarPlay to use the adapter. Wired CarPlay was not a supported feature for the 2013 Chrysler 300c unless you installed a aftermarket system with Apple CarPlay. If you did, then the adapter should able to make that wired CarPlay into wireless CarPlay.

Question2019 Chevy traverse worked great for two or three days… Then it wouldn’t sync on the screen. Says it’s connected. But won’t appear on screen. Like maps for example.

- Answer Please check that your car already has wired Apple CarPlay in order to use this adapter. The adapter does not add CarPlay function to a car. It enables wireless CarPlay for car that supports only wired CarPlay.
