• Yes, there is audio in both ears or you can limit it to one ear. Volume control is set with both the one headset button and in your computer. The sound is very clear however at a 50% level.

• Yes, there should be audio in both ears. Be sure to choose the correct driver in your Windows or Mac OS settings. There is volume control. This unit comes with a USB dongle for Bluetooth. You only need it if your computer do NOT have Bluetooth built in.
