As long as it is not paired to your phone, yes. the dongle is for systems (computer, laptop, TV) that don't have Bluetooth capabilities built in.

That works with the cellular service but not with an audio player. The BT USB Dongle is for older computers that do not have Bluetooth built in. It provides the Bluetooth connection.
