You are short by .5 inch (half inch) height :( Width is not problem.

The height of this fridge is actually 66 1/4 (to the top of the door hinge), but if you consider the height to the top of the cabinet, it's 66 5/8.Width is 33/18 and cabinet width is 32 3/4.
