Hey SuzeQ, It depends… if there is a sale that says installation included, you’re good. You need to ask when making the purchase. Also, if you’re replacing a refrigerator that has a working ice / water dispenser it’ll be a smooth install. However, if there is no water line going to your old refrigerator, you’ll need to get someone that knows how to tap an existing water line so the installer can connect to it. The Best Buy installer is not a plumber. Whether you get free installation or pay for it, connecting the water will be a problem if your old fridg has no water hookup. Best, Al
