What does “unavailable “ mean?? Out of stock? Backorder?? null

Cathy, means it is out of stock. I assume you are looking at the Best Buy website. Also, the installation date on the ordering/ purchasing page differs greatly from the appointment scheduler so you may need to call or use the chat function if you cannot schedule delivery for a time you need.

Usually means not available. Most appliances are going in and out of stock, so likely this was not an option to order while they waited for more stock.
