Please try again later.I received free installation, plus haul-away of the old one; but the only catch is I had to purchase the cord a long with it, which absolutely makes sense because: 1. The Sale associate explained to me that in order for them to correctly perform the service, their insurance required for them to have everything NEW; 2. Just think about it, if you're trying to save $29.99 from buying the new cord; then you'll have to: (A). (Look for way) to bring it home by yourself; (B). Remove the old one by yourself; (C). Install the new one by yourself; (D). (Look for way) to bring the old one outside & throw it by yourself? Hey, that's just to much time consuming for me, don't you think?
