We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend resetting the Washer from the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes. If you need further assistance we would recommend contacting Amana at 866-616-2664. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. Check if something stuck under the agitator or reset the power outlet “ if no reset button pull the the cord for about 10 seconds then plug it in “ that should reset the system. /
