A:AnswerUnfortunately I have had the same issues with 2 machines. The repair guy comes out and in less than a week it starts up again. Don't buy whirlpool or amana. They are same company and same problem and they know there is an issue. Keep turning the knobs that's all you can do. SORRY
A:AnswerHello Howard! Unfortunately, since the units are sensored and are determined on factors such as level of clothing and soil there is no way we can state the direct amount of gallons each cycle would use.

A:Answer- just put it on deep water wash and heavy or bulky it will fill to the top it only doesn't work in regular mode it will be set to default as the manual says this and then we'll work off of sensing. On the ad page go down to the manufacturer next to q&a's and reviews and you can click on getting the PDF owner manual or the one that comes with it does give that info the only thing I would do is make sure you have enough soap put that in first then load the clothes on top I would put a deep water wash with extra rinse if your water is hard. Seems to work fine for me other than some rattling on the back metal plate that I will be adding some little rubber shims behind it when it is spinning otherwise it's good and it's quiet.
A:AnswerWe sincerely regret the frustration and inconvenience you experienced, and we will forward a copy of your concerns to the appropriate departments for future updates.
A:AnswerThe washer does come with the drain hose, but we were required to buy new stainless steel connecting water hoses. I believe they cost around 25 dollars. I'm glad to have the peace of mind of knowing that the hoses are new and strong and I don't have to worry about the old ones bursting, or leaking, so I feel it is well worth the money.
