QuestionSince I purchased this washer my water bill is higher! You cannot set it to the cycle you want. Takes a lot longer to do a load of clothes. Locking lid is also a problem and there is no way to add fabric softener without having to wait for rinse cycle.

QuestionI do not know what is wrong with the washer. It doesn’t complete the cycles. It doesn’t go past the sensing fill cycle status. I’ve had it exchanged for the same washer and this one is doing the same thing. Please help. I just want to wash!

QuestionCan I start the machine, then add liquid detergent, then the clothes? I’m wary of pouring in detergent and tossing clothes on top of it before the machine starts filling with water.

- Answer I let some water fill in the washer, then I press the start button to pause it, I then lift up the lid and pour my soap in and then put my clothes in and close the lid, and press the start button again and the washer continues filling up.

- Answer You need to buy the powder Affresh cleaning packets - put one the drum, follow the directions and the box, and put the dial to the affresh cycle - not sure but you may also need to put the water to hot if it's not on there. I just cleaned my washer last week.

- Answer Will the King size Bed Spread fit this washer, is the question. I think you'll be fine. For myself I would just wash it Separately, and set the dial for Heavy Load. Since I don't know the density of the spread, this is my answer for you. The Amana 3.5 cubic foot tub should do the job nicely. Any laundry experts out there? QuestionSo for the fabric softener on a previous? It says pull up the round circle and put the fabric softener in there but there’s a bolt in there on the bottom if you put fabric softener in there will it harm it.
