We purchased this oven for a rent house in May. By the time they broke down the cost for installation and removal of the old one, we concluded we were better off to get a one year service program for $199.00. It covers any problems for a year, and the installation and removal of the old oven. If you purchase another appliance within the year, it’s our understanding that you don’t have to pay anything extra for another installation/old appliance removal. However, once the year is up, they’ll charge your card for another year’s fee, unless you tell them to cancel, ahead of time. The people who installed ours were professional and the installation was done quickly. We also didn’t have to worry about what to do with an old, heavy and greasy oven, since they took it away.
